A reservation contract will be prepared to hold the date for two (2) weeks.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the estimated value of the function is due with the signed contract. We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express for the deposit only.
The final guaranteed number of guests is required with payment seven (7) days prior to the event.
An invoice for any remaining balance will be issued within a week of the function and is due net thirty (30) days. Your invoice will reflect the guaranteed number of guests or the actual attendance, whichever is greater.
Our Social Sales Manager will arrange a meeting to discuss menu selections and the details of the event.
All food and beverage costs are in addition to the facility fee.
There is a minimum of 150 adult guests for weekend social events.
The Social Sales Manager will also make arrangements for specialty cakes, flowers, music and non-house linen.
The bartender fee is
$150.00 per server with a ratio of one bartender to 75 guests for a four (4) hour period. Additional charges may be required to accommodate extended event programming.
There is a five (5) hour time frame for social events. Additional hours
can be purchased for an additional fee.
Overnight accommodations
are available for invited guests. We offer
overnight guestroom accommodations in our
rustic cottages, at
The Inn at Warren and The Northern Lodge,
featuring hotel style luxurious guest rooms.
Guest Room Polices & Procedures for Social Events

We
will contact you to arrange overnight
accommodations. If you would like to
contract for overnight guest rooms prior to
contact with us, please call Amy St. Clair
at 508.881.6090. She will answer any
questions regarding overnight rooms and
issue a rooms contract.

All reservations must be made through The
Warren Conference Center & Inn by calling
508.881.1142. Reservations must be under
the guest’s name that will be occupying the
room. A credit card in someone else’s name
may be used to hold the reservation. All
reservations are subject to room and rate
availability. A valid phone number and a
valid credit card number must be attached to
each reservation. No-shows will be billed
in full. Cancellations must be received by
3:00PM the day prior to arrival.

We have an 8-person minimum for all rooms
blocked in our cabins. Each cabin sleeps 16
guests. They are a “make your own twin bed”
experience. There are two (2) private baths
in each cabin.

Please keep in mind The Inn Lobby is a
COMMON AREA for all overnight
guests to share and must be used in this
fashion. Please respect other guests here at
The Warren Conference Center & Inn.
Although we only host one social event per
time frame, there are other guests here as
well. There are no exceptions to this
rule!

Check-in time is after 3:00PM and check-out
time is prior to 11:00AM.
- All food
and beverage consumed on The Warren
Conference Center & Inn property must be
supplied by The Warren Conference Center
& Inn. No food or alcohol may be brought
in or consumed in The Inn, Cabins,
Northern Lodge, Warren House, or
anywhere on property. We are happy to
arrange all food and liquor for your
event and overnight guests through our
Social Sales Manager. A required
licensed bartender is an additional
$150.00.
- Please keep in mind The Inn Lobby is a common area for all overnight guests to share and must be used in this fashion. Please respect other guests here at The Warren Conference Center & Inn. Although we only host one social event per time frame, there are other guests here as well. There are no exceptions to this rule!
- Gift bags will be delivered to the guest room prior to arrival, rather than being handed to the guest upon check-in. There is an additional charge for this service of $1.50 per bag.
