All of Our Holiday Party Packages Include the Following:

  • Five-hour exclusive use of The Hayden Lodge (minimum of 100 guests), including two patios, deck and surrounding outdoor space. The Hayden Lodge features many magnificent views, a four-sided fieldstone fireplace and loft overlooking the dining room.  For parties of 100 or less we have the Warren House, Inn, and Reservoir rooms that are perfect for a more intimate setting. All with individual fireplaces, windows, and outdoor patios to compliment the seasons. 
  • Standard dinner selections include soup or salad, one plated entrée selection, dinner rolls and butter, coffee, decaffeinated coffee, assorted herbal teas, and dessert. Our Executive Chef, will be happy to work with you regarding special requests, menu customization and enhancements.
  • Professionally trained bartenders—you have the choice of the bar set-up.
  • Two event coordinators are provided the day of the event to ensure the comfort of all guests throughout the day. They will also communicate and handle logistics with your on—site vendors. Our event coordinators will manage all of the details to make it a perfect day!
  • The dining room will be set to your requested specifications with tables, chairs, china, silverware, glassware and our house linens.
  • Common, complimentary parking for all guests.
