This includes use of one of our private tents for five hours as well as set-up and breakdown of guest tables, chairs, house linen and flatware. In addition, you and your group will have use of the grounds to include use of the Horseshoes, Volleyball, Bocce, Tennis Courts, Softball Fields, Athletic Fields, Walking Trail and Ping Pong Tables.

Location #1
Tented Pavilion in the Athletic Fields $500
Price includes use of the 3200 sq. ft. private tented pavilion with paved ground and is located right in the middle of all of the excitement in the Athletic Fields. All activities, including guest parking, can be found in one spot for your group. This tent also has French window sides in case of inclement weather. This tent can accommodate up to 250 people. Additional tents can be rented for additional guest coverage – please ask for pricing.

Location #2
Front Patio & Private Dining Room of the Hayden Lodge $750
Price includes use of the 1000 sq. ft. private open front patio as well as air conditioned indoor space of the Dining Room. This location is ideal for smaller groups that would like to remain in an intimate setting. This location can accommodate up to 50 people.

Location #3
Back Patio and Pines Room of the Hayden Lodge $1000
Price includes use of the 2200 sq. ft. private tented Back Patio as well as air conditioned indoor space of the Pines Room. In this location we can provide satellite music with a numerous selection of stations to choose from. You can also use our Cable TV on our Jumbo viewing screen which has the ability to play DVD’s. This is the closest location to the waterfront and has its own private Horseshoe pit. This tent can accommodate up to 200 people.

Location #4
Private Field Two $1600
Price includes use of the 1600 sq. ft. private tented pavilion with grassed grounds located in the field across the street. All activities, including private guest parking, can be found in one convenient spot for your group. This tent also has sides in case of inclement weather. This tent can accommodate up to 125 people. Additional tents can be rented for additional guest coverage – please ask for pricing.
