Our three main buildings consist of the Main Lodge, the Warren House, and the Inn, each housing different meeting & event spaces. There are also numerous outdoor gathering spaces dotted across the property that invite guests to mingle in a tranquil setting. Welcome to the heart of the Main Lodge, this spacious dining room features expansive windows, rustic charm, and warm wooden accents, making it the perfect backdrop for memorable meals and celebrations. This flexible space can accommodate between 30 and 180 guests depending on room set up.
Cedar Hall, situated on the first floor of the Main Lodge, offers versatility and sophistication. Its expansive open layout flooded by natural light can accommodate up to 200 guests depending on room set up. This versatile space is ready to accommodate your vision.

This room is best suited for groups of 30-50 guests.
The Oak Room is located on the first floor of the Main Lodge and is designed for focused collaboration. The absence of windows creates an intimate atmosphere, allowing for a true retreat from the outside world. The Oak room is best for groups of 30-60 guests.
Welcome to the Maple Room, an intimate meeting space nestled within the Warren House. This space is designed to promote focus and engagement, ideal for brainstorming sessions, team meetings, or small workshops. Step into the Maple Room and experience a blend of comfort and professionalism that sets the stage for success. This room is best suited for groups of 10-30 guests.
The Reservoir Room is a versatile meeting space located in the Inn. The neutral color palette adorned with warm wood accents fosters a calm and inviting environment. For added flexibility, this expansive space can be easily divided into two separate rooms, known as Reservoir Rooms A and B, allowing you to tailor the environment to your specific needs. In addition, this room boasts an attached patio, perfect for breaks and casual discussions in the fresh air. The Reservoir Room is best for groups of 30-60 guests.
Located in the charming Warren House, the Birch, Spruce, Ash, Chestnut, and Cypress rooms are perfect for meetings, breakout sessions, or intimate group discussions of up to 8 guests.
This open front brick patio adjacent to our dining room is ideal for smaller groups that would like to remain in an intimate setting. This location can accommodate up to 30 people.
Located just off the dining room is a charming hardscape deck, beckoning guests to step outside and immerse themselves in the fresh air and open space. The deck is accessible from the dining room, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor space. The multiple fire tables add a touch of warmth and sophistication to the outdoor area.
Located on the back side of the Main Lodge, this patio extends seamlessly from the lodge, offering a spacious area for relaxation and social gatherings. A scattering of comfortable outdoor furniture invites you to lounge and soak in the picturesque views of the surrounding landscape.
The Inn offers both a deck off the main lobby as well as the terrace along the backside of the inn. Both spaces feature views of the serene woods of Ashland State Park.
The Lobby Deck, set with several round tables and surrounded by string lights, is a great spot for breakout groups, small lunches, and evening conversations.
The Terrace, located on the backside of the Inn features a wooden deck overlooking a beautiful, curved brick patio with access to the waterfront. This area can accommodate groups of up to 150 guests (weather permitting) for a delightful cocktail reception.
This 3200 sq. ft. private tented pavilion with paved ground is located right in the middle of all of the excitement in the Athletic Fields. All activities, including guest parking, can be found in one spot for your group. This tent also has French window sides in case of inclement weather. This tent can accommodate up to 250 guests. Additional tents can be rented for additional guest coverage.
Surrounded by lush greenery, the courtyard features a beautifully manicured lawn that serves as a picturesque backdrop for wedding ceremonies. The courtyard can accommodate ceremonies of up to 200 guests.
Located across from the cabins, the designated campfire pit is perfect for enjoying s’mores, stories and conversation around the fire. The crackling fire pit sits at the center, radiating warmth and light into the evening air. Lush greenery and towering trees create a natural canopy overhead, adding to the sense of seclusion and serenity.
The Warren Conference Center and Inn’s private beach nestled on the serene waterfront of the Ashland Reservoir is a stunning location for photos, activities, and relaxation.
Our landscaped lawns offer a delightful spot to enjoy the outdoors. Perfect for a break from a meeting or as a backdrop for wedding photos, the many lawns are perfect to take in some fresh air and enjoy the natural surroundings.
Located along Chestnut Street, our well-manicured athletic fields offer ample open space and serve as a blank canvas to host one-of-a-kind outdoor events.
